pipe calibrator – The calibrator precisely restores the shape of multilayer pipe. It is intended for plastic and aluminium multilayer pipe and has a T-handle. One version covers 16 × 2, 20 × 2, 26 × 3 and 32 × 3 mm pipe, with a second version for 40 × 3.5 mm. Cut to length with the pipe shears; find more tools under Tools.

Which press jaw suits our press fittings?
The permitted press profile depends on the fitting series and pipe size. State the required version and your press profile in your enquiry; the approval for the particular system must be checked before installation. The TH-profile press jaw is available for 16 × 2, 20 × 2, 26 × 3, 32 × 3 and 40 × 3.5; it must match the pipe size.
Will the press jaw fit my pressing tool?
That depends on the jaw mounting of your pressing tool. State the model in your enquiry.
Why is the pipe calibrated?
After cutting to length, the pipe end is calibrated and deburred so that the fitting sits on a round pipe end and the O-ring is not damaged. Our calibrator covers 16 × 2 to 32 × 3; a separate version is available for 40 × 3.5.
Which pipes can the pipe cutter cut?
Plastic and aluminium multilayer composite pipes with an outside diameter of 10 to 42 mm. It has a semi-automatic ratchet mechanism and a stainless steel blade.
