Yes. Private customers and installers send the same enquiry and collect in Hagen. For private customers we deliver by freight forwarder by arrangement, for installers within a radius of 150 km also with our own driver.

We give you the date with our reply to your enquiry, together with price and availability. The valve radiators are held in stock at our warehouse; availability is confirmed in our reply. For shipping, the shipping costs and delivery time are stated in the quote before you decide.
How do I find the warehouse at Im Mühlenwert?
From the A 1 take exit 89 Volmarstein and follow Grundschötteler Straße towards Hagen-Haspe. Turn right into Enneper Straße, after 150 m turn right into Mühlenwert over the Ennepe bridge. Do not stop at the first entrance, that is the neighbour: go along the hall to gate 6.
