Enquiry, collection and shipping – briefly explained.
How does the enquiry work?
The basket is your enquiry list: add sizes and quantities and send the enquiry – there is no checkout and no advance payment. We reply with price, availability and a collection date. You do not need a customer account.
Where and when can I collect?
At our warehouse: AKKAYA Bauelemente GmbH, Im Mühlenwert 22, 58135 Hagen (rear entrance). Mon–Fri 8:30–17:30, Sat 10–14 – by appointment, so that the goods are ready. Advice on site is also available in our shop, Eilper Straße 29, 58091 Hagen.
Is there shipping or delivery?
Yes, by arrangement. Shipping by freight carrier on enquiry – simply mention it in your enquiry or give us a call. For installers we also deliver with our own driver, within up to 150 km of Hagen.
I am an installer or dealer – what is different?
The enquiry works the same way, just with your company details, so that we can plan quantities, dates and delivery directly for your business. Everything about this is on the page “For installers”.
